Attend tribunal when notices are appealed Respond to service requests concerning environmental health housing, following service policy and procedures to achieve an appropriate outcome. Investigation of service requests and use of appropriate enforcement action in line with the departmental enforcement policy and other relevant guidance. Prepare appropriate specifications, reports, notices, schedules and other related documentation and serve CPN''s for failure to comply with notices where appropriate. Ensure appropriate and timely responses to all correspondence, complaints and enquiries from the service users, stakeholders, senior officers within agreed timescales and in line with Camden''s Customer Care Standards.
