      <description>Location: Bournemouth | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Location: Bournemouth Hours: 9 am to 5 pm  Salary: £20.29 PAYE Job Type: TEMP  Looking for a Environmental Health Officer to join our team, providing support on domestic nuisance casework including noise, light, odour, hoarding, drainage, and associated nuisance matters. You will be responsible for full case management - receiving allocated cases via our Civica system, investigating complaints, gathering evidence, and progressing cases through informal resolution or formal enforcement action where necessary Key Responsibilities  Manage a full caseload of statutory nuisance complaints (noise, light, odour, drainage, and hoarding) from allocation through to resolution Carry out site visits, investigations, and evidence gathering, including reviewing diary sheets, monitoring data, and witness statements Assess whether complaints meet the threshold for statutory nuisance and advise residents and businesses accordingly Resolve complaints through informal mediation and advice wherever possible Serve statutory notices (e.g. Abatement Notices, Community Protection Notices) where informal resolution is unsuccessful Liaise with housing, social services, and safeguarding teams on complex case...</description>
