The role will focus on the full case management of noise, light and odour nuisance complaints, from initial investigation through to resolution and enforcement where required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage noise, light and odour nuisance cases from complaint to resolutionInvestigate complaints and gather relevant evidenceLiaise with residents, businesses, complainants and partner agenciesAssess cases against relevant legislation and enforcement proceduresPrepare clear investigation and enforcement reportsMaintain accurate case records and progress cases within appropriate timescalesTake appropriate enforcement action where requiredManage a caseload independently and provide professional environmental health adviceRequirementsRelevant Environmental Health qualification or equivalentExperience in noise, light and/or odour nuisance investigationsKnowledge of relevant environmental health legislation and enforcementStrong investigation, communication and report-writing skillsAbility to work independently and manage a caseload effectively Disclaimer:This vacancy is being advertised by either Advanced Resource ..... full job details .....
