Environmental Engineer/Geologist

Salary to -40,000

Office and Field Work

We are an industry leader who-offer-bespoke remediation solutions for a wide range of soil and water contamination issues and have had a wide variety of experience from small residential plots to large industrial projects.

Due to growth, we are now looking for an environmental engineer/geologist specialising in soil remediation on construction projects. This exciting role is split between our office in Hitchin and travelling out to sites to conduct field work. You will be conducting site investigations to log soil profiles and taking-measurements of topsoil and subsoil, overseeing day-to-day remediation activities, including excavations and material movements on construction sites, technical reporting, collaborating with local authorities, the-Environment Agency-and site managers to ensure projects meet environmental regulations and-Remediation Design

We invite applications from Geologists/Environmental Engineers with the following attributes:-

  • Several years experience in a similiar role such as Geologist/Environmental Engineer
  • Experience of soil sampling and remediation
  • Ideally experience of working on Brownfield sites
  • Full drivers license and able to travel to sites-
