Environmental Enforcement Specialist
The RoleAs Environment Enforcement Specialist you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of environmental enforcement casework, combining technical analysis, evidence bundle organisation and regulatory process management to deliver high-quality, defensible outputs aligned to Environment Agency (EA) guidelines. You will play a critical role in bringing structure and clarity to complex regulatory issues-ensuring evidence is robust, well-documented and audit-ready, and that responses are timely, consistent and technically sound.Working at the intersection of operations, environment and regulation, you will translate data, incidents and site information into clear, compelling narratives that support decision-making and regulatory engagement. The role requires a strong focus on process, governance and detail, with accountability for maintaining accurate records, structured evidence trails and effective case tracking. Your ability to organise information, interpret technical data and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels will be central to delivering successful enforcement outcomes and reducing future risk.Role AccountabilitiesPrepare and quality assure evidence bundles, appeal submissions, responses to enforcement notices, and enforcement undertakings.
