Day-to-day of the role: Respond to complaints and service requests related to environmental concerns. Proactively identify and investigate environmental problems. Manage criminal case files, conduct PACE interviews, and prepare cases for prosecution. Issue statutory Notices and Fixed Penalty Notices.
