Environmental Consultant

Our client, a leading independent consulting and engineering services group, is currently seeking an Environmental Consultant to join their team in the water sector. Key Responsibilities:Work independently and within project teams to provide environmental input into designs and site support activitiesAnalyse and interpret data followed by technical report writingEnsure environmental compliance in line with client''s standards, requirements, and policiesInterface with clients for environmental coordination, resolving queries and issuesPreparation of technical material to inform decision makingSupport the senior team members in the delivery of environmental workstreamsMaintain the ISO 14000 audit documentation and process for the UK and Ireland office Job Requirements:Degree Qualified in any of the environmental disciplinesPrevious experience of working in an environmental role, ideally in a consultancyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write technical reportsAbility to work proactively and collaboratively with other technical specialistsDecision-making ability to gather and synthesize information, identify options, and apply judgment based on logic and reasonProblem-solving capability to identify complex problems, review and analyse information, and evaluate options to implement solutionsKnowledge of EU and UK environmental legislation and current best practice guidance Benefits:Professional development and training opportunitiesSupportive and ..... full job details .....
