Environmental Advisor - Major Energy Infrastructure Project (Scotland) Contract: 6 Months possible extension Start Date: Mid-September 2026 "All in" Daily Rate: up to 550 per day Outside IR35 The Role We''re looking for Environmental Advisors to support a major energy infrastructure project in Scotland. Working as part of a specialist environmental team, you''ll help ensure environmental compliance, support project delivery, and drive continuous improvement across site operations.This role calls for a stronger-than-average candidate, someone confident and capable of challenging site activities where required, and comfortable dealing with demanding stakeholders. The position involves more than site presence alone; substantial documentation and compliance work is a core part of the role. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote environmental best practice across the projectConduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company procedures, legislation, and project requirementsSupport environmental incident investigations and recommend preventative measuresCollect and report environmental performance dataReview environmental information and identify trends and opportunities for improvementAssist in the development and implementation of environmental and sustainability initiativesProvide advice and support to project teams on environmental mattersHelp identify significant environmental risks and ensure effective controls are implementedSupport the management of ..... full job details .....
