Work type:
Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday within a standard working window.What You Will Do
Manage and coordinate Environment Agency (EA) site inspections, ensuring internal operational teams are prepared and available to support, and host audits yourselfManage the Compliance Assessment Report (CAR) response process, driving timely resolution of actions and responses to the EALiaise with various teams to ensure new permits and requirements are communicated, understood and embeddedIndependently conduct internal risk-based site inspections to assure complianceWork with reporting specialists to develop audit performance data and collaborate with teams to drive sustained improvements to environmental permitting and inspection processesSkills and Qualifications
Good understanding of environmental permitting regulations and other legal requirementsExperience in the WASC sector or a regulated industryProcess improvement and standards definitionData management and presentation skillsOrganisation and planningAbility to influence multiple teams across the business and regulatorMatrix managementInterpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesNice to Have
