Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management: As an Environmental Adjuster you will Independently manage a caseload of approximately 50 to 60 environmental claims from inception to completion. Technical Investigations: Proactively investigate domestic and commercial pollution incidents (e.g., fuel oil spills, chemical leaks) to determine the cause and extent of damage. Liability and Quantification: Assess policy liability, interpret insurance coverages, and accurately quantify financial and environmental losses. Evidence Gathering: Collect and analyse physical and documentary evidence to formulate robust, data-driven recommendations. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all investigations are completed promptly and in strict alignment with specific client service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory demands.
