Our cleint is looking for an experienced Build Package Manager to oversee two subcontractors responsible for the building envelope and fit-out works on a build-only contract. The role is site-based and will require strong coordination, subcontractor management, and technical knowledge to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day delivery of the envelope and fit-out subcontractors. Review and monitor subcontractor programmes, progress, and resourcing. Ensure works are delivered to the required quality standards and in line with design/specification. Enforce health & safety compliance, carrying out regular checks and ensuring best practice on site.
