We're bringing on an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our Glasgow team, meeting residents face-to-face and learning the ropes of sales from the ground up. No experience, no problem — just bring the right attitude and we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting residents across Glasgow in person, day to day
• Learning how to open conversations, build rapport, and read what a customer actually needs
• Presenting our products/services clearly and confidently
• Turning genuine interest into completed sales
• Managing your own diary and pacing your own workload
• Picking up real, transferable sales skills as you go

What You'll Need

• A friendly, approachable manner and genuine interest in people
• Willingness to learn and take on feedback
• Resilience — comfortable hearing "no" and moving on
• Self-motivation to manage your own time
• Own transport preferred, not essential
• Ambition to build a long-term career in sales
