ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Assistant, you\''ll be connecting with potential customers in face-to-face field sales environments, understanding their needs, providing customer service and presenting your client\''s services in an engaging way. You\''ll build rapport, answer questions, and ultimately drive sales, so you can maximise your commission-based earnings pay structure.

No previous sales experience is required

However, successful candidates in the past have come from customer-facing backgrounds such as retail (shop assistant, customer service assistant, store assistant, retail assistant, retail manager), customer service, support worker, graduate, care, hospitality (Front of house, bartender, waitress, waiter, bar manager, bar assistant, hospitality assistant), call centre and other backgrounds such as warehouse, driver, labourer, construction, healthcare, manufacturing and more.
