Learning how businesses structure technology teams and projects. Supporting recruitment processes from first conversation through to offer stage. Learning how to develop your own specialist market. Working towards individual and team targets. Over time, you''ll learn how to manage your own customers, develop business opportunities, and become a specialist within your market.
