This is a sales role, so it suits someone who''s confident, ambitious and comfortable working to targets. No recruitment experience needed. What matters is drive and the ability to build relationships. The roleYou''ll manage your own niche market from day one, running the full recruitment process end to end: sourcing candidates, understanding client needs, managing interviews, closing placements. You''ll be networking regularly with clients and candidates, and you''ll earn commission on top of your base salary from the start.You''ll be supported throughout by our internal training programme, an 8-10 week structured course with a dedicated trainer, plus mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.
