Description

• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
• Assist with processing payments and reconciling accounts within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and liaise with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Respond to customer queries related to credit control in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide general support to the credit control team as needed.

Profile

A successful Entry Level Credit Control Administrator should have:
