Working as part of a busy finance team, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, maintaining cash flow, and ensuring an efficient credit control process. This position would suit a proactive and organised individual who enjoys building strong customer relationships and thrives in a fast paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining credit exposure and monitoring live customer accountsOpening and setting up new credit accountsProcessing daily banking activitiesHandling customer account queries and resolving issues efficientlyRaising credit notes accurately and in a timely mannerManaging weekly and monthly invoice runsSupporting the wider finance team with additional administrative and ad hoc duties as requiredAbout YouStrong communication and relationship building skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to prioritise workload and work effectively within a busy team environmentOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
