Entry level credit control / finance

Your new role : Reporting to the Transactional Finance Manager and working as part of a small, friendly finance team, you will focus on credit control and accounts receivable duties. These will include: - Calling customers to discuss and chase overdue invoices and outstanding payments - Resolving invoice related queries - Building strong business relationships with both colleagues and customers - Accurately allocating customer payments to the correct accounts - Reconciling customer accounts - Preparing and sending customer statements - Assisting with the customer invoicing process - Creating credit notes - Supporting aged debt and cash flow reporting - Assisting with month-end processes What you''ll need to succeed: This is an entry-level role, therefore full training will be provided. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner, as you will spend a good proportion of your time on the telephone. You will also enjoy working with numbers, have strong attention to detail and be looking to start your career within a finance department. This role is fully office-based.
