Entity and Group Reporting DirectorContract: 2 Months with potential to extend UK wide with travel to site when required.Overview We are seeking an experienced Entity and Group Reporting Director to provide leadership across financial and actuarial reporting activities for a major financial services organisation. This is a critical contract position requiring deep expertise in statutory, regulatory and management reporting, alongside a strong understanding of the interaction between actuarial results and financial reporting within insurance and pensions environments. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, technical oversight and robust governance across reporting processes, ensuring high-quality outputs and effective stakeholder engagement during a key reporting period.Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of entity and group reporting activities across statutory, regulatory and management reporting cycles. Provide technical accounting and reporting oversight, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and accounting requirements. Challenge and assess complex accounting judgements, actuarial assumptions and reporting outcomes. Act as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders, providing insight and recommendations to support decision making.
