Enterprise Systems Senior Manager

We re seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Enterprise Systems Senior Manager to shape the future of technology across our charity. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will oversee critical enterprise systems, lead operational delivery, manage key supplier relationships, and work with senior leaders across the organisation to ensure technology supports and strengthens our impact. Reporting to our Head of Data and Technology, our successful candidate will lead a small specialist team, alongside a range of outsourced partners, with responsibility for enterprise systems operations, continuous improvement, and strategic development across Woodgreen. They will play a key role in ensuring that our systems are secure, reliable, integrated and aligned to business need whilst also helping to drive innovation and long-term technology planning. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing operational leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking within a purpose-driven environment.
