They are now looking to hire an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to build and strengthen relationships with key customers including Tier 1 contractors and property/residential developers. This is not a typical customer success role dealing with churn/retention, implementation or onboarding. In this role you’ll engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams helping customers maximise value from their technology investment while supporting digital transformation and compliance initiatives.
