Essential:5+ years of SaaS product management experience building enterprise productsProven track record of successfully bringing products to marketExpertise in driving product development processes using agile methodologiesExperience with product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Product Board, Pendo, MiroStrong understanding of user-centered design principles; experience working with design and UX teams and creating exceptional user experiencesStrong track record of driving successful product launches within strict timelinesAbility to dig into business or technical problems and find pragmatic solutionsStrong project management skills; able to identify needs, break down objectives into key results and initiatives, deliver value continuously with short and long-term initiatives, and move multiple workstreams forwardUnderstanding of product lifecycle management, user experience design, and market analysisHands-on experience with product roadmap creation, stakeholder collaboration, leading cross-functional teams, and data-driven decision-makingExperience creating, prioritizing and recommending epics and featuresAbility to work in a remote environment; travel will be required to engage with the team and participate in cross-functional meetingsWorking knowledge of application performance and analyticsExperience researching, defining and documenting market, product and platform requirementsStrong understanding of customer needs and pain points; experience with similar technologiesTrack project progress and initiative alignment with the roadmapExposure to the legal industry (working with lawyers and law firms) is a bonusSpecifications:Strong collaboration skills; able to build trust and negotiate with senior teams across functions including product, design, technology, marketing, compliance, business development and salesAbility to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authorityDemonstrated relationship development; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication with internal and external audiencesCan-do attitude with responsibility for achieving the missionAppreciation for direct communication as both active communicator and listenerPersonal Skills, Attributes and Behavioural Competencies:Ability to work in both team and individual capacitiesAbility to manage multiple streams of workEffective time management and daily workload planningGreat communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about teamwork and collaborationBenefits
