The Senior Product Manager Role:

As a Senior Product Manager (Enterprise) at Actionstep, your mission is to define and deliver critical platform features that serve the needs of our growing base of larger, more complex legal customers. These features include foundational enterprise capabilities such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Permissions and Access Management, Advanced Search, GDPR, Security Services, and other compliance- or scale-related needs specific to mid-sized and large law firms.

You will take ownership of product initiatives from concept through launch and into post-release refinement and lifecycle management. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, a keen understanding of enterprise law firm customer needs, and the ability to prioritise trade-offs for both immediate customer impact and long-term platform scalability.

About You:

Essential:

5+ years of SaaS product management experience building enterprise productsProven track record of successfully bring products to marketExpertise in driving product development processes using agile methodologiesExperience in product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Product Board, Pendo, MiroStrong understanding of user-centered design principles, experience working closely with design and UX teams and proven ability to create exceptional user experiencesStrong track record of driving successful product launches within strict timelinesAbility to dig into business or technical problems and find pragmatic solutionsStrong project management skills; able to identify needs, break down objectives into key results and initiatives, deliver value continuously with short and long-term initiatives, and move multiple related and unrelated workstreams forward in parallelA profound understanding of product lifecycle management, user experience design, and market analysis.Hands-on experience with product roadmap creation, stakeholder collaboration, leading cross-functional teams, and data-driven decision-making processesWorking experience in creating, prioritizing and recommending epics and features.Ability to work in a remote environment – travel will be part of the role to successfully engage with the team and participate in cross functional meetings/working sessionsWorking knowledge of application performance and analyticsExperience researching, defining and documenting market, product and platform requirementsStrong understanding of customer needs, pain points, and experience with similar technologiesTrack project progress and initiatives in alignment with the roadmapExposure to the legal industry (working with lawyers and law firms) is an added bonus
