Responsibilities and goals:The

sales engineer’s

role involves developing expertise in the Vaultize product, associated technology, and our market, facilitating customer and partner collaboration, and communicating effectively with clients during and after the sales cycle. The primary goal is to generate revenue by understanding client needs and demonstrating how our product can meet them. This role requires excellent communication, innovation, proactivity, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:Providing pre-sales technical support to sales teamsProviding post-sales support to customersLeading technical presentations to decision-makersManaging relationships across sales, marketing, and delivery teamsCreating action plans based on business needs analysisLeading technical demonstrations and product evaluationsDeveloping use case demonstrations and proofs of conceptDesired skills and experience:Knowledge of the cyber-security space and passion for sales and customer success5+ years as a systems/pre-sales engineer with experience in storage, mobility, data management, and cloud technologies3+ years supporting software and hardware installationsBroad knowledge of cloud, SaaS, security, and related IT infrastructureExtensive experience with Windows Server, VM, HyperV, Linux (CentOS), C, Python, and MongoDBAbility to collaborate with developers and support teamsAbility to communicate effectively with all management levelsStrong decision-making skills and critical thinkingMotivated, fun-loving, and career-oriented individualsPosition benefits:
