Enterprise Sales Director role at Seccl. Hybrid role with three days a week in our central London office. This position will be hired internally as a Growth Director.The role
The purpose of this role is to drive revenue by securing new business, closing high-value deals, and expanding relationships with strategic and enterprise-level clients. You will actively identify and nurture commercial opportunities that align with Seccl’s long-term vision, while hitting your individual and team sales targets. This is a high-impact, results-driven role at the forefront of Seccl’s growth, requiring a strong commercial mindset and a relentless focus on winning and retaining key business.Responsibilities
Own and close complex deals — lead end-to-end sales cycles with banks, wealth managers, platforms, and other major financial institutions; identify opportunities, navigate procurement and compliance, and manage senior stakeholder relationshipsShape strategic growth initiatives — contribute to go-to-market plans for new segments, distribution models, and product lines; help define how we approach and serve the institutional marketWork cross-functionally — collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and events to support pipeline development; partner with product teams to provide feedback that informs the roadmap and positioningAct as a trusted advisor — understand client needs and market trends deeply, offering consultative insight that positions Seccl as a long-term strategic partnerQualifications
Experience in enterprise sales — demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in financial services; ideally with experience selling infrastructure, SaaS, or regulated technology solutionsDomain expertise — experience in fintech, investment platforms, asset/wealth management, or financial infrastructure; familiarity with B2B sales in regulated environments is a plusIndustry insight — solid understanding of the financial services ecosystem, including advisers, platforms, fintechs and custodiansPassion for fintech/innovation — genuine interest in how technology is reshaping financial services; awareness of embedded finance, digital investing, and industry disruptionEstablished network — prior relationships in the industry are a plusWhat’s in it for you
