Key responsibilities:Maintain and apply the agreed enterprise risk management framework, taxonomy, policy, standards and processes. Support the review and calibration of risk appetite, risk tolerance thresholds, KRIs, early-warning signals and escalation triggers. Coordinate risk monitoring, mitigation tracking, analytics and decision-focused reporting, including overdue actions and sustained effectiveness. Prepare risk analysis and reporting for the Board, Audit Committee and executives, including principal and material risks and emerging risk trends.
