Work with Solution Owners to design new management systems for our largest customers.Produce designs and plans that give customers confidence we understand and can deliver while keeping the design practical and cost effective for the customer and the organisation.Working with stakeholders to analyse requirements, negotiate and bring consensus in bids and delivery projects.Design and deploy new tools and the necessary integrations between the tools to create a working system.Produce technical documentation to a high standard, formally documenting your designs and plans.Qualifications / Experience

Experience with enterprise management toolsets including but not limited to Zabbix, Elastic, Splunk, Microsoft System Centre Suite, Service Now.Experience with business IT infrastructures and tools required to manage them efficiently, particularly monitoring, patching and automation systems for Windows and Linux.Experience working with sensitive systems in secure environments.Ability to design and deploy new tools and the necessary integrations between tools to create a working system.Eligibility to go through DV clearance - sole British nationals only.Additional Information
