Enterprise Development Manager

TEAM: Enterprise Development Team GRADE: Manager - £50,558 - £52,471 per annum REPORTS TO: Assistant Director of Enterprise Development WHO WE ARE? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? We are seeking to appoint a Manager within the Enterprise Development Team to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of InterTradeIreland''s innovation and entrepreneurship programmes. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of enterprise development initiatives that support start-ups, scale-ups and innovative businesses across the island. You will ensure that programmes are delivered effectively, demonstrate impact, and align with InterTradeIreland''s Corporate Plan and strategic priorities. Your role will focus on stimulating entrepreneurial activity across all sectors, supporting business growth and innovation, and enabling organisations to realise their potential through entrepreneurial thinking and capability development.
