Enterprise Client Implementation Project Manager - SaaS Reading / Hybrid Up to £100,000 Enterprise SaaS Client Delivery Product We''re partnering with an established SaaS business looking for an experienced Client Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of its platform across large enterprise clients. This is not a traditional internal Project Manager or bespoke professional services role. You''ll sit at the intersection of Client, Product and Delivery, ensuring enterprise customers receive a high-touch implementation experience while maintaining a scalable, product-led approach. You''ll take ownership of complex client implementations from initiation through to deployment, working closely with Product, Technology, Commercial and Customer Success teams while acting as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders. What you''ll be doing: Leading end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise clients Acting as the key delivery contact for senior client stakeholders Managing project plans, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies Working closely with Product teams around roadmaps, releases, integrations and client requirements Managing client expectations and maintaining clear boundaries around scope and change Translating client requirements into commercially viable, scalable solutions Providing clear project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication Feeding client insight back into Product while protecting a standardised product ..... full job details .....
