Our client, a large Aerospace and Defence supplier is looking for an Enterprise Business Lead to join them on a contract basis at their site in Harlow, Essex. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold the British nationality and be eligible to obtain full SC Clearance (able to start on base line clearance)12 month initial contract.Competitive rate, inside IR35Based in Harlow, 40% remote workingWhat You Will DoWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Enterprise Business Lead to support a major ERP transformation programme as part of the Process and Systems Transformation (PST). This role will ensure successful design and delivery of change through stakeholder collaboration to define priorities, manage risks, and optimise business processes for long-term value, focus on ensuring UK business change impacts are fully understood and managed, while enabling successful localisation of global processes. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify, assess, and manage UK-specific business change impacts resulting from the ERP upgrade. Ensure business readiness and adoption through effective change planning and execution. Collaborate with global process owners to adapt and localise global ERP processes for the UK market.
