Responsibilities:Shape

and deliver the digital and technology roadmap, balancing innovation with legacy system stability.Lead enterprise architecture planning, ensuring data priorities, reliable delivery, and clear milestones.Set architectural standards across application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security domains.Map current and future-state processes to support strategic

transformation.Drive

scalable, user-focused product and service design across digital portfolios.Build data architecture to generate insights from analytics, systems, and operations.Scan emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic decisions.Align project roles with governance frameworks to ensure effective delivery.Advise senior leaders on investment and transformation priorities.Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within complex, multi-stakeholder environmentIdeally within regulated, public sector or service sector environmentsStrong understanding of government digital and technology standards, security frameworks (such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, or ArchiMate), and enterprise integration patterns.A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.Experience working in hybrid environments (on-premise/cloud), ideally with exposure to Microsoft Azure, enterprise SaaS, and data platforms.This is a rare opportunity to influence strategic technology outcomes within an organisation committed to transformation, innovation, and service
