Enterprise ArchitectLocation: BirminghamSalary: Up to £80,000Working pattern: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week on siteAbout the RoleEnterprise Architect required to shape enterprise architecture across a complex environment, aligning technology strategy with business priorities and long-term outcomes.This is a hands-on strategic role suited to someone who can balance best practice with practical delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting technology decision-making, enabling continuous improvement, and helping the organisation progress towards a stable, modern, and scalable architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesAlign enterprise architecture with business strategy, translating goals, priorities, and constraints into clear architecture artefacts and models.Define, maintain, and improve architecture governance processes, principles, standards, and ways of working.Develop and maintain strategic architecture roadmaps in collaboration with senior stakeholders and programme teams.Shape new business and technology initiatives from inception, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and long-term objectives.Provide architectural guidance and oversight to solution teams, including chairing technical design authority forums where required.Oversee programme-level architecture deliverables and ensure solutions meet business needs.Build and manage the architecture knowledge base, including models, standards, tools, and reusable artefacts.Champion modern, scalable technology ..... full job details .....
