Defining standards, guardrails and architectural patterns that help product teams deliver safe, compliant and scalable digital services faster. Designing and implementing a repeatable framework for long-term target-state architecture development to guide technology decisions across domains. Delivering a pilot target-state architecture, covering business context, capabilities, platforms, data, integrations and a plan for retiring Legacy systems. Creating a strategic roadmap for technology transformation initiatives, new development needs, software and platform replacements, and capability gaps.
