Own the full application lifecycle, from selecting and implementing new platforms through to optimisation, upgrades and retirement. Lead the performance, availability and reliability of critical business systems, embedding effective support and incident management practices. Build and develop a high-performing Business Systems team, creating a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. Work closely with senior stakeholders, business teams, IT functions and third-party partners to deliver practical, value-focused solutions. Establish strong governance across the application estate, ensuring security, compliance and operational standards are consistently maintained.
