AI use is currently developing in pockets across different teams, and the organisation now needs a single architectural view, a prioritised roadmap and a set of design standards that everyone can work to. Our client operates nationally alongside frontline services the public relies on. AI here has to be trustworthy, accessible and explainable, and the standards set in this engagement will shape how the organisation uses it for years. It is a genuine blank sheet on a technology-for-good programme, with the scope covering architecture, strategy and standards in a single seat.
