This is initially a 6-12 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in Edinburgh. The Process Coach is an experienced Agile practitioner who partners directly with CIO delivery teams to embed effective delivery practices, accelerate adoption of new ways of working, and drive continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle. Acting as an embedded coach, the Process Coach supports delivery teams in adopting agreed processes, tools, frameworks, and governance standards, helping teams improve delivery outcomes, remove barriers to adoption, and build sustainable capability across the organisation.
