Enterprise Agile Coach

About The Role FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Enterprise Agile Coach/Process Coach to work for our client within the Financial Services sector. This is initially a 6-12 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in Edinburgh. The Process Coach is an experienced Agile practitioner who partners directly with CIO delivery teams to embed effective delivery practices, accelerate adoption of new ways of working, and drive continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle. Acting as an embedded coach, the Process Coach supports delivery teams in adopting agreed processes, tools, frameworks, and governance standards, helping teams improve delivery outcomes, remove barriers to adoption, and build sustainable capability across the organisation. While this role will support the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices and the Alpha AI SDLC framework, we are not seeking an AI specialist. Instead, we are looking for individuals who are curious about emerging technologies, enthusiastic about learning, and keen to help teams leverage new tools and approaches to improve delivery performance.
