Capital City College is looking for a skilled Enrichment Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London. About the Role This role is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis. The contract will end on 31October 2028. You will be responsible for the delivery of a broad range of learner enrichment provision to college learners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall wellbeing, engagement and success of students within the college. With a specific focus on securing and delivering a large volume of enrichment opportunities, this role involves networking, relationship building, and coordinating initiatives to development learner skills, wellbeing, career readiness and their exploration of interests - all of which lead to excellent progression opportunities. You will deliver the college''s enrichment activities directly with learners and in collaboration with curriculum departments and colleagues. Additionally, they have responsibility for working with external agencies, ensuring learner development needs are fully catered for.
