Enhanced Housing Management Officer

We''re looking for an Enhanced Housing Management Officer to join our team, working with residents who have previously lived in supported housing and are continuing their recovery from mental ill health. This is a rewarding role where you''ll build positive relationships with tenants, promote successful tenancy sustainment and help create safe, welcoming environments where people can flourish. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you''ll be a key point of contact for residents, helping them navigate housing-related challenges while encouraging independence and community integration. What you ll do You''ll provide an enhanced housing management service that supports residents to maintain their tenancies and enjoy stable, independent living. No two days are the same, but your role will include: Promoting independence through practical guidance, advice, and signposting to appropriate support services. Undertaking regular welfare visits, risk assessments, health and safety inspections, and property checks. Monitoring the safety, cleanliness, and overall environment of schemes, including contractor performance. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring safeguarding concerns are identified and reported appropriately.
