This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to deliver engaging lessons, inspire students and support pupils in achieving their academic potential.The RolePlan and deliver engaging English and/or Humanities lessons across the relevant Key Stages.Support students in developing their literacy, critical thinking, analytical and written communication skills.Prepare pupils for assessments and examinations, where appropriate.Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning needs.Maintain a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.Promote positive behaviour, student engagement and a strong learning culture.Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider school community.RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications preferred.Strong subject knowledge in English and/or Humanities.Experience teaching in a UK secondary school is desirable.Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.Excellent ..... full job details .....
