We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a  Functional Skills Tutor .   As a  Functional Skills Tutor  you will be supporting students to achieve their functional skills qualifications in both English and Maths up to Level 2. We are looking for a Functional Skills Tutor who can motivate, engage and inspire our learners to achieve their full potential whilst on our programme.    Key Responsibilities:      Delivery of Functional Skills English, and Maths up to Level 2.   Plan individual learning to meet learner needs and ensure lesson plans are prepared.   Achieve company KPI’s and Individual Performance Plan   Plan embedded learning for groups and individuals   Develop delivery in order to maximise progression opportunities for learners.
