You will adapt learning to meet the needs of pupils with SEND and SEMH needs, using creative and flexible teaching strategies to promote progress, engagement and a lifelong appreciation of reading, writing and communication.Working closely with the Head of School and a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in embedding a therapeutic ethos across the provision.
