The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering engaging lessons and helping students develop the literacy skills they need to succeed both academically and beyond the classroom. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging English Language and English Literature lessons across KS3 and KS4 Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum Differentiate learning to support students of varying abilities Monitor and track student progress, providing effective feedback Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment activities The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has experience teaching English within a secondary school setting ..... full job details .....
