You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning and succeed both academically and personally.What you''ll be doing as a English Teacher:Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students aged 11-16.Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needs, including SEMH and SEND requirements.Build positive relationships that promote engagement, attendance and achievement.Work collaboratively with support staff, families and external agencies to support student outcomes.
