Teacher of English - Secondary SchoolLocation: DoncasterAgency: Tradewind EducationContract: OngoingWorking Pattern: 3 days per weekStart Date: ASAP / September 2026Tradewind Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of English to join a welcoming secondary school in Doncaster on an ongoing basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced English teacher, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), looking for a flexible role within a supportive secondary school environment.The RoleAs a Teacher of English, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across the secondary age range, helping students develop their literacy, communication and analytical skills.The role is 3 days per week and will continue on an ongoing basis, providing consistency for both the successful candidate and the students.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons in line with the school''s curriculum.Teach and support students across Key Stages 3 and/or 4.Differentiate lessons effectively to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.Assess, monitor and provide constructive feedback on student progress.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Encourage students to develop confidence in reading, writing, speaking and critical analysis.Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school''s policies and expectations.Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider English ..... full job details .....
