Are you a passionate and inspiring English Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Birmingham?Our education recruitment agency is currently working with a welcoming and well-resourced secondary school in Birmingham to recruit an enthusiastic English Teacher for a full-time position, five days per week.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive English department where you can inspire students to develop their reading, writing, and communication skills while fostering a lifelong love of literature and language.The RoleDeliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential).Plan, prepare, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student achievement.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help maximise outcomes.Contribute to the wider school community and support departmental initiatives where appropriate.The Ideal CandidateQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting.Strong classroom management and communication skills.A passion for raising student attainment and inspiring a love of English.A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.What We OfferCompetitive daily pay rates.Dedicated support from an experienced education recruitment ..... full job details .....
