Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Specialism in English Language and/or Literature. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to raising attainment and promoting pupil wellbeing.
