The Role:

• Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5.
• Plan and tailor lessons to meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Inspire a love for literature and language while developing studentsandrsquo; critical thinking and communication skills.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to aid their learning journey.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• QTS / NQT / PGCE / QTLS or equivalent, with a degree in English or a related subject.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.
• Energetic, adaptable, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience teaching English at the secondary level, with the ability to engage students of all abilities.
• A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
