Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated English Teacher to join a thriving school in Portsmouth. This exciting temporary position is available immediately, and the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will be expected to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire students to develop a love for language and literature.

In this role, you will plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons, assess student progress, and provide meaningful feedback. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the continuous development of the English curriculum and the success of each student. A commitment to extracurricular activities, such as reading clubs or school productions, is a plus.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
