Job Description:
- Deliveringandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;thought-provokingandnbsp;lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for KS5), includingandnbsp;Literature,andnbsp;Language, andandnbsp;Creative Writing
- Planning aandnbsp;broad and balanced curriculumandnbsp;that fostersandnbsp;critical thinking,andnbsp;literary appreciation, andandnbsp;communication skills
- Usingandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentandnbsp;to guide progress and personalise learning
- Supporting extra-curricular activities such asandnbsp;book clubs,andnbsp;debating societies, andandnbsp;theatre trips
- Collaborating with colleagues to promoteandnbsp;cross-curricular literacyandnbsp;and whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
